Privacy Policy

OnShow collects submitted film details, promotional images, director information, contact information, private screener links and passwords to process and review film entries.

Approved promotional information may appear publicly under your display authorization. Contact email, screener URL, screening password and review notes are excluded from public film profiles.

Stripe processes payments. OnShow stores transaction references, amounts and status; it does not store card numbers. Cloudflare provides website delivery and Supabase provides database and image storage. Authorized external playback uses third-party providers.

Submission and payment records are retained for administration, accounting and resolving disputes. You may request corrections, withdrawal or deletion at hello@onshow.com. Some records may need to be retained to meet legal obligations.
